1. Agreement to Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and giving explicit consent to receive SMS messages from METARICHTECH Company Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not opt in to our SMS notification service.

2. Service Description

METARICHTECH Company Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates an SMS notification service to send transactional messages to customers and business partners. Messages may include:

  • Purchase order confirmations
  • Shipment and delivery status updates
  • Order processing and dispatch notifications
  • Delivery alerts and procurement-related updates
  • Account or service-related notifications

This service is intended for business and transactional purposes only. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.

3. Consent & Opt-In

You will only receive SMS messages from us if you have explicitly opted in through one of the following methods:

  • Completing a physical SMS opt-in consent form provided by METARICHTECH staff
  • Providing verbal consent to a METARICHTECH representative (recorded and maintained internally)
  • Signing a purchase order or service agreement that includes SMS notification consent language

No SMS messages will be sent without prior documented consent.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your order and account activity. You may receive multiple messages per transaction as your order progresses through different stages (e.g., confirmed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered).

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to SMS messages sent and received. METARICHTECH is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Please contact your carrier for details.

6. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message received from us
  • Contacting us by email at info@metarichtech.com and requesting removal
  • Informing your METARICHTECH account representative directly

After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation SMS and will no longer receive further messages unless you choose to opt in again.

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are used solely for the transactional SMS communications described in these Terms. We are committed to protecting your privacy:

  • Your mobile number will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes
  • SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of 4 years in accordance with carrier compliance requirements
  • All consent records are maintained securely by METARICHTECH
